Information we collect

• Your name and contact details, such as email address, phone number, and company
• Project location and project details, including scope, timeline, and budget range
• Plans, photos, and other files you upload
• Your contact preferences and any consent choices you make on our forms

How we use it

We use customer and contact information only for RHC business services: responding to your inquiry, preparing estimates and bids, scheduling appointments and site visits, delivering our services, and keeping business records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with outside advertisers.

Service providers that process business data

We rely on a small number of providers that process information on our behalf, only to operate our business:

• Website hosting providers that serve this site
• RHC Operations Hub, our customer-management system, which stores inquiries and project records
• FormSubmit, an inquiry-email relay that forwards website form submissions and attachments to our business inbox
• Our business email provider (Google Gmail), which hosts rhcntx@gmail.com
• A text-messaging provider, once our project text program is active, used only to send and receive RHC project messages

Text messages and mobile information

Project text messages are a separate, optional choice. See our SMS Terms. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process them only to provide RHC’s business messaging.

Message frequency varies with your project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Optional promotional email or text choices on our forms are separate from project messages, are never pre-checked, and are not required to receive a response.

Information stored in your browser

When you arrive with a referral code or campaign link, this site may store that code and basic first and latest visit details (such as the campaign source, landing page, and referring site) in your browser’s storage, and include them with an inquiry you submit.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, such as which pages are viewed. The site also records non-personal form events, such as that a form was started or sent, the form type, the selected project category, and the number of attached files. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project locations and descriptions, uploaded files, and consent choices are not included in analytics events.

Legally required disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Access, correction, and deletion

To ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, email rhcntx@gmail.com or call 214-551-5723. We may need to verify your identity first. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed for contracts, accounting, or resolving disputes.
