Electrical
Electrical Work on North Texas Construction Projects
Electrical scopes inside remodels, commercial build-outs, and restoration work — performed and coordinated with qualified licensed personnel, and permitted where required.
What we handle
Rough-in for remodels and build-outs
Circuits, boxes, and rough wiring laid out from the plan or the agreed scope, sequenced with framing so inspections and finishes are not held up.
Devices, fixtures, and trim-out
Setting devices, plates, and fixtures at trim-out, and confirming everything functions before the space is handed back.
Lighting
Interior and exterior lighting, including recessed layouts and integrated lighting in framed ceiling details and outdoor structures.
Restoration and repair scopes
Replacing wiring and devices damaged by water, storm, or long-term moisture as part of a restoration scope.
Permits and licensed personnel
Electrical work is performed and coordinated with qualified licensed personnel, with permits pulled where required for the scope and jurisdiction.
Coordinated with the rest of the job
Electrical is usually one scope inside a larger project. Keeping it under the same schedule and the same point of contact is what keeps the trades from tripping over each other.
- Device, fixture, and circuit work
- Panel and service coordination
- Inspection-ready installations
